I have been posting actively on my Youtube channel (Stoicism channel) since last year December, but I am yet to start getting reasonable views on my long form videos, I get around 6-50 views. Although my shorts are doing well but it is not easy to monetize with shorts due o 10million views criteria and I want to build returning subscribers with long form videos rather than shorts subscribers that won't bother checking the channel after subscribing. Please what can I do, Is there any way I can promote my channel or videos ? Thanks.

That niche is oversaturated. Find another niche.

Please do you have any idea of a niche that is not oversaturated, faceless.
I have ideas, but I’m not sharing them because they’re for my own channels. I work hard to find good niches, you should too. My only tip for you is this: don’t follow what YouTube gurus tell you. I know you chose the Stoicism niche because you watched one of those gurus on YouTube claiming it's an easy way to grow a channel. But these so-called “gurus” are sharing niches that are already saturated and they’ll only get more saturated because thousands of youtuber wannabes like you have watched the same video. Worse, many of you are following the exact AI prompts these gurus gave out. That’s why there are now dozens, if not hundreds, of Stoicism channels with similar names and identical content because everyone used the same ChatGPT prompts to generate channel names, video scripts, and titles. These gurus aren’t making money from Stoicism channels. They’re making money off of you, by "teaching" you how to make Stoicism channels. Don’t trust them. They’re not here to help you succeed, they’re here to profit. And if they ever find a truly untapped niche, they’ll exploit it themselves for months or years before even thinking of sharing it. So the next time you see a guru sharing a "good" niche, ignore them.

Honestly the 1st comment is right, I would set it all up for AI automation then focus on something that will generate more revenue and let the AI YT channel bring small amounts of money

Its really hard to catch viewers attention specially on long form view unless its very interesting.

Even on a difficult niche with everything against you, one can still grow the channel, slowly and steadily. Everything depends on how much effort you are willing to put in. Here's a step by step guide on how you can improve your channel daily:
1. Add atleast 1 long form video daily
2. Build a social page on almost all popular social media site and add relevant content daily. Once these pages starts to get some traction, start sharing your long form videos here
3. Try writing articles on sites where you can embed your long form videos, even guest posting on relevant sites might work
4. Comment on other relevant videos on YT
5. Add atleast 6 short videos daily and in those videos, share the related video URL of the latest long form video
6. Move away from AI and write your video script yourself - this post for example is written by me, old style - and no AI help.
7. Keep patience and continue daily even if there is little traction.

If it's too hard to earn money from GG, let try affiliate marketing or CPA. There are many systems like ClickBank, Max Bounty, Ogads...
