How can I grow fast without using bots/automation?

I've got 40k followers and a 40% engagemnet rate on a soccer niche page.

I wanna get a higher growth rate. My growth rate atm is 100 per day and it used to be 300-1000 when i used to do follow/unfollow

How can I grow without bots? Im using s4s,dm groups,etc but it isnt working

Do you know what's the going rate for shoutouts? Depending on the number of followers ofc.

Depends on the niche. You can PM some insta accounts in your niche and ask yourself as I wont be able to give you an accurate answer.

You can find the whole course on their website. I think it has a lot of value, and definitely check it out if you are in IG business...

I tried s4s today with some users in my niche, did grow 400-500 followers in like 18h. Wonder why I haven't tried it before lol
