It's doable, I have a NSFW Twitter account since 2022 with 0 followers, started retweeting content last week of may 2023 and I have 1,7k today.

That is probably true. Twitter is mostly for crypto and investment scams lol.

Not sure yet, honestly it has taken me by surprise I usually work on Reddit. I just hit over 2k btw.
