There isn't really a secret. You can pay to have your video featured in youtube, or you can post your video as a response to very popular videos, or really just buying views is the easiest way.

Any video that's worth watching will easily get viral if shared in social media sites, I think that's pretty much a natural way to earn YT views.
 
How do i find the person on fiverr for the youtube views thing if you don't mind me asking?
 
try buying them on getyouviews ive bought from them and they did deliver (actually 3000 over lol)
