Find broken link on Wikipedia related to your niche and edit with your website or page.

This might actually work if you make everything clean. Make sure your website really has a relevant page with quality content.

The page your linking too, has to be 10000% in the same niche or category. Otherwhys link you build will be taken down in 12 hours or so.

You can get a do fol*** but nt from wikipedia,,,,org / wikimedia for that one.
Depending where you place your link you could get traffic.
You need a decent wikipedia account to do the actions. New or reputable account works.
Start contributing to other pages in the niche you want a link from. Update text, replace words with suitable synonyms.
Once you have contributed alot, to different wiki pages in same niche, go build your link.
I suggest a reference link to begin with then a week or so later, create an in text link to another page you are trying to rank.
Apologies if explanAtion is shit, im in bed bro. But thats kinda what i did.
You need a decent wiki account. New or reputable account.
You then need time n patience. You make edits to pages, add/ give fake value back. Fake value is just adding more content to the page to make it look like your not just there to build links. If the content says, "NBA is very popular, across USA." I would edit that sentence to add more to it, my version would say "NBA has long being a staple for a plethora of sports fans across the globe. You are probably one of them reading this article now." then save, fake value added n wikipedia thinks your helping the community out. I do this on numerous pages that are in the niche. Just edits in this part.
Then once you have saved your edits, you could log out n build the link the following day or build it an hour later. Ive had same results doing it both way. I do feel giving it time is better than just building an hour later (im inpatient).
PS - i used VPN + firefox, never build link on chrome.
Ive had the same result with both account types and ive obtained a link from the main NBA wikipage n a few others. These links point to inner pages on money site. I barely send them to home page.
These links dnt increase rankings... much, well nt for me, ive just gt boatload of traffic from them.
What you will get if you suceed is links from other wikis that copy wikipedia. These links in my eyes are shit n are spammy. The sites in talking about are these below.... I will disavow these in time.
When i had the one wikipedia...org link everything was stable n traffic increasing steadily. As soon as the wiki copiers started pointing to me i lost a few keywords spots, from spot 9 to 11 on a couple keywords. But traffic increased which confuses me to this day.
