I need a USA number for whatsapp as well as fiverr pva.

I used smspva.com for Fiverr and it worked.

Just keep in mind that you can not use that number in the future. So I'd suggest you to save that number as Fiverr will ask sometimes for the last digits.

I've just used it, and it worked for fiverr, but whatsapp failed.

What can I do to get whatsapp number pva?

For serious business like Fiverr etc I will not advise you for free PVA services better use a paid one. Try Skype it works well with Fiverr.

If you are going to use google voice out side of USA its not going to work. Corect me if I am wrong.It needs active USA number

+1 for Dingtone. Using this for years now. One year US number is free in there (or was some low-low credit, what you can earn in the app).
