How can I get these ads on my articles? (adsense)

Thank you. I only see Display ads, in-feed ads, and in-artcle ads. I do not see Match content and Link ads. Do they come once the site is linked up with adsense?
**edit**
I just read this: Google sent out an email to AdSense publishers, including myself, yesterday, announcing big changes coming to Google AdSense over the coming weeks. They include six changes including removing Text ads only ads, going responsive for all ad sizes, changing ad styles and so much more.

Match Content gives to high traffic websites. Link ads are default. They have high CTR. Specially in directories.

I do not have link ads option in my adsense. Only the first three options and apparently they are going to be taken out soon.

Is Your AdSense account old or new?
If new AdSense approved account, you can't able to find the option. Text link ads option for old accounts.
