Have you checked the marketplace? There are a lot of providers. Read the reviews, it's very important that your backlinks are done right and not on spam websites.
 
i would advise on going for guest posts on real blogs with real traffic
 
You can go and search on the Marketplace and hire someone who you can feel that a good fit for your requirements to simplify the task of getting the good backlinks.
