That is just Semrush's bot going maverick and crawling SERPs and listing them as backlinks. Their bot really likes to pad out their database with crap like this.
If you want to force it, find some Yahoo SERPs where your pages are listed, and build some backlinks to them. It's not going to have any effect on ranking, just make people looking at Semrush's backlink reports for you scratch their head for a bit.

Direct yahoo backlinks for new sites not really a thing anymore. Those competitor links are probably super old or from super specific yahoo properties, so there aren't really any fresh, ready-made tools for that vibe now

Yahoo isn’t some easy backlink farm anymore. But yeah, you can still squeeze value out of it .if you know where to look. Most Yahoo links are nofollow, so don’t expect direct link juice.
