How Can I Get Rid Of This Static

im not a video editor, but i recently started doing shorts. 5 seconds with text, it works on youtube. i have music but always get a static noise every time it starts the loop over

im using iMovie for mac. can anyone help? suggest another mac app whee i can edit videos? suggest something online where i can remove this? or just anything i can do?

I solved it by converting the music to WAV instead of MP3 before adding it to iMovie.
