How Can I Get Over Youtube Videos On Google?

Hey guys, I have learned so much in this forum and I have finally taken action into a site I have. It is now ranked number 4 on Google for my niche. The three on top of me are videos... Is it possible to rank over youtube videos? If so how?

Depending on your niche I seriously doubt that those 3 positions
that are youtube videos are messing with your traffic and conversions
since if you are selling something everyone knows you cannot buy an
item on youtube.

You could think about making your own youtube video and ranking it
above the other youtube videos.
