I don't think you can really filter just US visitor but if you focus on optimizing keywords that US visitors use, you might get it.

Try a country-specific domain extension, such as dot (.)US. Use Google webmaster tool and set USA as your targeted country you want to get traffic for your website. Your hosting server location should also be U.S based and try to get more backlinks from U.S based websites as much as possible.
