How can I get network unlock code for SGH T779 Tablet?

My in-law left me a Samsung SGH T779 tablet but I can't use it with my local sim card. It is locked to T-Mobile and I'm not in the US. Anyone know how I can get the network unlock code it is asking for so I can use it with any sim card? Your suggestions or assistance will be appreciated.
