No bypass for that screen. If you still have an old device or browser session Instagram already knows, use that to get back in and swap the number first. If not, you’re stuck with the built-in recovery path.

Mostly no chance to get it back, Try contacting Meta Support. This is a very big issue Meta has right now, And they dont even care to fix it.

If you still have the original email, your best bet is going through Instagram's official account recovery. Expired phone numbers are tough to work around, but having the OGE gives you a much better chance of proving ownership.
