How can i get my FB page back ? Help

I grew a page on fb to 99K followers, i tried building a blog for it so that i can direct traffic to the blog. But as a newbie the blog wasnt perfect, i tried posting content on the blog and posting it on fb. Fb gave me the first warning and blocked my page from posting anything about my blog .

So last week i was working on the blog posting content, so i tried posting some content from my blog to my FB and its worked, that was my mistake, so i posted other content thinking i will get traffic to my blog, left it for about 2 hours, i got back abd my page was unpublished .. my hardwork for a year gone just like that,
I tried disagreeing with their decision, have been waiting 4 days now, hoping they will give me back my page

Any advice please?

What niche is your fb page and blog? I think it's a gray hat niche.
 
Guess you published content which is not yours. Tough luck.

And a stupid idea to spend 1 year growing a FB page instead of growing your blog.

Im a newbie in website, just learning seo but im more familiar with fb, i know how to grow traffic on fb, blogging is very difficult for me, i can send you my site url so that you can check it out

You can ask support to appeal, this problem will be resolved

It seems that an appeal order like this is very difficult to succeed, my friend. It would be better if you set up a new page
 
1. Reach out to Facebook Support via CHAT. This is easy if you have an ad account via business manager

2. Just in case, setup a new page
 
Although contacting Facebook to request support will take a long time, do it. Please be patient and good luck.

I started a new page, its been a month and its doing great.
 
You can contact Facebook support and I hope that they will solve your problem.
