How can I get more traffic?

...are you just starting or is it an old site? Do you have already web 2.0 channels in place? Have you considers advertising? So many questions, so little you give us wo work with ...
ok it a blog on blogger and i have been getting some traffic and it has been increasing but little by little.
i have been posting since october 2010 and i have been using adwords for advertising, Also i have some backlinks (but they suck). So what do u think??
i have been posting like 5 to 7 posts a week since October 2010

Do unique content if possible at least once a week. Make sure that your titles are SEO'd. Get the ball rolling with social bookmarks (if you have content people want to see). Reddit, Stumbleupon are two really good places to draw a couple of people from.

Try getting some plugins for wordpress.. BloggerHigh SEO, Web Ninj Auto Tagger, and others.
Tags, and content optimization bring in alot of extra traffic too.

I get more traffic by manually posting tp PR 5 and higher Blogs and pinging them.
i am using blogger not wordpress so i can not get plugins
