I already have vps and proxies. Can you guys help me to buy the best tool to build wiki links. Do you think gsa or scrapbox enough for this job.

They are not authority links, but good enough to rank any site. Plus wiki links are good but not that good. You need links from multiple platforms.

I agree with this comment... but if you want high authority backlinks you can search on BHW market place.
