How can I get mainly U.S. Friends?

No matter how hard I try to create new accounts with U.S. friends (in my niche), I can never get it past about 50% or 60% U.S. There always seem to be friends from other countries that do me no good for my marketing.

Is there some tip to finding U.S. friends in a particular niche, or am I ALWAYS going to get foreign friends too?

You tried to scrape out ids from u.s groups/pages? ;)
Example "university" "cities" etc etc? from the U.S.. Use your brain man ;)

Good idea, but they won't necessarily be targeted towards my niche.

Yes, I can get 10,000 UCLA college students, but how many would like my particular niche - probably a small percentage.

So, would I rather scrape a page that is my actual niche and get 50% targeted friends from the U.S., or scrape a US university and HOPE that 50% are in my niche (probably unlikely). :rolleyes::rolleyes:

I thought the same, your asking for quite alot.

On the other hand, if you created a random fun page with an ipod offer or something neutral and wanted US traffic for your offers (i.e US pays more etc.) then the university idea would be spot on :)
 
Hire me to make the accounts for you and focus on other things!

And yes, I'm being serious...
 
I believe you can make your profile only viewable to US so even if you send an invite to a non us they dont get it
 
If you created a funpage with an ipod offer and wanted US traffic then you tried to scrape out ids from US group/pages.
