How can I get High PR links?

I really think everyone is looking for the same info.Surely here are ways defined to get them but it requires a lot of effort. I don't think anyone would give it away so easily.

Scrape a list of forums and check the PR. Make a lot of useful posts without a signature. Wait a week. Go back and drop you $ URL into your sig. BOOM! Instant high PR back links. There are a lot of high PR forums out there. Go get your scrape on!

Forums backlink pages do not have actual PR pages in most cases.
Blog comment is more helpful in this case.

All you do is find sites to post your articles on that do a good job of directing pagerank (PR) to their articles pages. Sadly many do not. Others may but they don't include that coveted live link from your article.

Article submission is a very effective way of link building.
But as I know, at the starting they have no PR.
They may have PR with time goes.
Is there any other way to get actual PR page links except blog commenting and home page link buying?
Buy the links or link exchange. Only way to do it.
Blog commenting no longer works. Google can easily detect them. Google knows people spam links in the comments so if google sees a link in the comments they just convert them to no follow. Honestly if blog comments did work then there would be tons of spam in the google indexes on the first page results. That's not the case.

You can but High PR blog commenting service,High PR edu Forum profile backlinks and posts on high PR sites

I think you should buy some links otherwise it's very difficult to find free links with PR6 or up
What website are you trying to promote? And does all the link post with PR 6 is in your niche? You should also consider the website that your going to post because when you post a lot and at the ed all of your post is out of niche then all your post is useless.
