How can i get High PR after last Google Panda Updates ?
i bought before links in High PR domain bu now after Last updates i afraid from this deal
So how can I get High PR 5+ Ideas (Paid or free ) ?

Well, Panda won't affect your original strategy to get a HIGH PAGE RANK. Continue doing the same...

Nothing to do more than before. Just build back links with following Google guidelines.. it would be better if anything hasn't been over-done. Just build links with proper link velocity. Thats well enough for good improvement in PR.. All the best.

High PR is a thing of the past. Unless you're trying to sell links or flip a domain, I would just focus on creating relevant, unique, d*follow backlinks to get the best SERP results.

just add cheap general text links to your previous strategy
add also URL based links and that is all you should change
the last change just made SEO more expensive becauyse you have to add not targeted links to the site pages

Panda hasn't changed High PR links. They still count. PR is still calculated the same.
