How can I get enough backlinks?

my website is yipengwz.com, and now there is only one backlink. How can I get more from internet without pay? Where can I post my content?

I just want to make it by myself in the beginning and then pay for the links.

With a commercial site like that, you won't get any free valuable links. You can either try to get free useless links, or pay for good links.

you could try link trades with people
 
Find an expired domain in your niche that have a lot of good links and 301 it. That will get you some basic links for only $10.

I don't think that free links are useful.
I better suggest you to go for paid links which is worthy and has quick success.
In real life any worthy things will be costlier. same thing will be efficient for a website too.
 
You can try free directory submission, bookmarking, and web 2.0 properties on various websites available on the internet. Alternatively, you can explore trading options.
 
You can build some profile links, web 2.0, free parasites and free PR publications. Probably won't give you a boost but it's a good start, just don't do them spammy.

Reach out to blogs in you niche and see if you can do a guest post, some charge a fee but you can get free posts on smaller blogs sometimes. Also look into link baiting, write a post on some statistics in your niche and share it to people who might be interested in it (some subreddits with people who source their products from China maybe)

You can create some backlinks yourself like on parasites.

link trade or do your own backlinking, it will take a while to rank though.
 
Most of the free link sources are not efficient. You can go for paid links like guest posts, niche edits, and pbns.

If you don't want to pay then you are going to have to manually create them. Any place you put your link is considered a blacklink. Get on social and start sharing your website/content. Write articles on third-party sites that allow community content such as Medium. Trade links with other people in your industry. I mean you can't expect backlinks to miraculously pop up if you aren't either willing to pay for them or build them yourself.
 
Backlinks can be acquired by creating high-quality content that other websites will want to link to, and by actively reaching out to relevant websites to request a link.
