How can I get CPA accounts?

The best way buy far is setting up a llc or any type of company.
To ensure your success make sure you always call them after you submit your application or after the denied it.
Make sure you explain the the registration form what ways you will use to drive traffic.(I'm talking about the wh ways)

should work, yep, just something to show you're legit.
Would be good to get an account with them, though.

Okay, I gotcha.
Question is, where do I learn to do this stuff. I'm currently going through the CPA wealth coach by Luke Sample. is that a good enough start or do I need something more?
Another thing, is it possible to do black hat without deceiving the end user, namely the customer? I have no intention of deceiving the customer. I'd rather make do with just enough cash to live on than do that.
