Try a proxy site like experthide.com
I don't know what kind of prevention they have at your work but you can try the following.
Change your DNS to use google's DNS (8.8.8.8). That is located under your "local Area Connection Properties". Typically in a business the IT will have this setup to automatically set your IP. You can manually change it to the above.
Again this will only work if your company is filtering via an offsite company. If they are hard blocking inside the company then you might want to just leave it be.

Do they allow you to run executable files (.exe) from USB drives? You could always try a portable version of Tor... My public library has something on their computers called Faronics anti-executable so I can't use Tor there, and they block proxy sites as well. You could always rent a VPS and connect to it via Remote Desktop (BermanHosting is awesome
