This platform is called 'Canvas' and there are a declining number of installations that will allow public registration and posting. Some footprints to find Canvas sites:
Code:

"Need a Canvas account" "send you a link to change your password"

"Pages for this section" "Settings for Home"

Look for a "need a canvas account" link or similar to get to the registration page, and if it's available you'll need to select the "I'm a teacher" option. You'll need a working email address as this needs to be verified with a code they'll send you. After all that is taken care of it's pretty straightforward to make a post.
 
The problem with those links is that most of them will be deleted after each semester.
