contact support or check ur mail (the one that was attached to the acc). If it was done less than 3 days ago u can recover through mail , theres a "it wasnt me" button.
The time for "it wasn't me" has been passed. I did a try

Contact the support. You need strong evidence. And it's highly likely they won't do anything.
I doubt so too but I have strong evidence of my ownership

This. Have to contact their support and wait. Had a similar problem. Was able to get it restored after a week.
