How Can I get a VCC and Top it up Anonymousley

I want a prepaid credit card to buy services etc online anonymousley, how can i do this?

I can get a VCC from entropay etc. But they need topping up by debit card.

If anyone has a way how i can do this, by the way i dont understand exchangers etc (Bitcoin, Webmoney) Iv tried to read up about them but i just cant understand it all.

If anyone can think of a way how i can buy services online please let me know.

I appreciate your help, i have been trying to figure this out for weeks.
