How can i get a site that looks like those?

It shouldn't take long. It's simple.

After you get the basics, there's this site called boot snip or something like that, that has all the code fragments you need to copy and paste. You need a form? Just search there, paste to your Bootstrap skeleton.

After you copy some snippets, it becomes automatic. You can make a good looking site in 15 minutes after you get good with Bootstrap.

Design - wise , What do i need a PSD or a wordpress theme?
 
I suggest not to.

First of all decide the cms you need to use. For Wordpress , then search for Wordpress theme or bootstrap for Wordpress And learn how to use firebug and customize from there

Searching for bootstrap HTML is not a good idea .
I don't think you can learn and customize your website so easily if you are using Wordpress as your base

Raw bootstrap is just a HTML designed template which doesn't offer any integration with database , which means you can only have static information in it. I really don't suggest it for beginner

I am willing to buy a wordpress theme if that can help me,But how customizable is a premium theme?I want to add a specific designs (Headers , footers , buttons) i can import PSD in order to do that?
 
Yes and no.
You need to understand that psd is vector photoshop file, you need to convert it to jpg to upload to your wordpress.

Yes it is definitely possible, You need basic understanding of css , and how to customize if you are using wordpress.

Basically just upload file to your website, and edit the css and it will works.
You use firebug (firefox extension) to inspect element, right click -> inspect with firebug, and change the value from there to do a quick test, the website will change accordingly to what css you change.
E.g change background color and it will chagne from black to red etc.

After making sure ,the css you are editing is correct, the you need to override css. Google how to override css so you know how it works

So basically i can change the theme's look with that.

Now i'm stuck on which theme i should take?
I'm looking for:
1.Comfort for the client
2.Attractive to the eye
3.Easy to use and plugin ready


Any ideas to offer me?
 
I am using thrivethemes myself
but based on the website you shown, it looks a bit more customize than normal wordpress, I have nothing in mind that might be suitable for you at the moment.

I suggest you to checkout some marketplace like themeforest and see whichever is more suitable for you.

Actually i am looking for a different design,I want to stand out .

What are the themes that looks the best in your opinion?
 
For wordpress theme, I only like these two providers. You can google and check it out , both are amazing

Do you recommend using woocommerce with my website?
 
I wouldn't want to discourage anyone from learning something new, like bootstrap or anything else, but i want to ask something:
When you're drinking a cup of coffee, you stare at the cup or just enjoy the coffee?
I would just go wild in wordpress repository, test out any theme that looks like what i want.Then, if what is offered there for free would be enough to cover my needs, great.If not, i would probably buy the pro version.Or..search bhw for it ;)
Job done.
