I've followed all of these rules some 4 months ago; provided detailed answer of 300 words then dropped my non-affiliate link at the bottom but I still got warning from Quora after they removed my link.

Of course you will get the link. Try to give a complete and useful answer. I don't recommend putting only a link or giving an answer - yes, it's cool.

If you are a newbie in Quora. You must need regular legal activity and avoid spammy comments. Deliver value in your answers. You'll chance to make a good reputation.

Yes, you can. But, you have to give the proper answer to the question and don't write spammy content or don't directly advertise on it.

Do backlinks from quora really important? I mean I have several accounts there with good answers, but not for the backlinks. You can get awesome traffic from the quora what can be a lot easier to monetize.

You have to participate in question & answer and people like your answer they up-voting you. That's how you can get more backlinks from Quora.
