So I'm about to start my adsense site, but I have no money in paypal(2$) Does anyone know how can I get around 15$ with few hours of work to my paypal? Just for domain and hosting I'm gonna write content And i was thinking about godaddy for domain and namecheap for hosting, are they good?

All you need is a buck. Look up 30 day trial hosting and find a domain promo offer. I think I used hostgator 1 cent domain offer at the time. The site I started with this paid itself off within the trial period. You can do a domain transfer and transfer your site to a new host with a little bit of work before you ever owe more than that initial penny or so.
Got any skills you could do some freelancer work with? People will gladly pay you $15+ for some logo work. Or maybe write some unique articles for someones site. Look around on the 'help wanted' section

If you don't find any luck here, try Fiverr. Or attach your bank details and add funds to your PayPal.
Simple. Your skills is what makes you money when you start. You have to bring value to this industry through some type of knowledge/ability people feel like paying for.
$15 is not that hard specially that you had been on this forum since 2014 and you had over 200 posts? What happened?
Search for hire a freelancer section , Search for that thread where OP is looking for a service which you can provide , contact him , Complete that job earn your money , Purchase the domain and hosting.
Definitely freelance work if you're fast at writing articles you can try a spot like iwriter or something and have you're 15 bucks in a few hours.
Worst advice on the thread definitely. It's so saturated that he'd probably make $10 in 10-15 days or even more. And,he won't get paid out by Crakrevenue as he needs a minimum of $100. OP,Fiverr and Freelancer are your best choices. You'll most definitely get a gig on Freelancer and make enough to buy hosting twice over. And yeah,a year old with 200+ posts? What happened?
