How can I get fast index on Google, without using Google Indexing Api and without Google News?

My sites are getting spam due to Google indexing api and Google news.
If anyone knows the method of getting a fast index without Google news and Indexing api, I can buy the method.

How exactly do they "get spam" due to Indexing API and Google News? What do you mean?

Link to new pages from your homepage, post links on social media. You can try indexing services too, but many don't use them on white hat sites.

When content is lost on news.google.com, the site is considered spammed in google news.

It's better to choose indexing services instead of buying a which can be patched anytime.

Most of indexing service use google indexing method but not all. Just talk to indexing service provide, is they use google news method or not.

Without "Indexing Api" and Without "Google News"? Well, you can then manually request for index on GSC

For me any wordpress site gets auto-indexed within a day or two of being online. I have never had to worry about indexing a website especially wordpress. Maybe try adding some posts or something? Hope I am not misunderstanding something.
