how can i generate traffic using pinterest.com

I see hear in this forum lots of people making monies and generating traffic using pinterest.com, but for me am finding it very hard getting the type of traffic some people here are getting. to some it is just the only way of making money through adsense and amazon.

if you have the know how please kindly state it hear, cos I really need it.
