How can i fully customize a wordpress blog?

Hi there people!

Look, the thing is: i'm running a fitness e-business that it's going pretty well down here in Brazil, but my blog look too much cheap. I need to know how to fully customize it, creating something with this kind of quality: vincedelmontefitness.com/blog

As you can see...nothing too much complicated or complex.

I really dont know how and where to start..so...i need a hand up here about these subject. I'm a complete newbie when it comes to design.

Is there a way that i can make my business blog look professional and unique, using a easy and fast way? If there is not, how to do it the hard way?

And by the way: again, i'm using wordpress
