Hi bhw! I have a list for scrapebox and most of them are auto-approved blog sites. But only 100 - 150 connections succeed at 2000 connections. It's a really funny number. I have a private vps and proxy. I'm only using the comment poster but with very low success. How can I fix this?

Also many of the blogs are spam and contain 5-10K Comments. For this I increased the comment poster connection timeout to 150 seconds. Many urls fail without platform recognition. What am I doing wrong? can someone help with this?

note: I can send most of the list I have for a Scrapebox pro to test.

Wait. You have A proxy? Or...how many proxies do you have?

Yes, there is a private proxy, but I still get such a success rate. Actually when I look at the error log, many urls show this error: HTTP: 500 , SOCKET: Connection refused

OK tho, but how many proxies are you talking about? 1? 100?

You need more than 1 for SB.

I'm using 1 proxy only for "Comment poster". Isn't that enough?

Every heard of Akismet or other anti spam plugins?

No, it really is not enough. Get a rotating proxy (if you want just "one"), that should do a job.

2000 threads on 1 proxy?? Like the guys have said above, that's your problem. The old ratio used to be 10 threads per 1 proxy, so try that, or a rotating proxy that changes IP every request.

I'm new to sb. I still don't understand the working logic of proxies. When I ask a few people they say proxies are essential for site scraping, keyword scraping. But there are also those who say that a few proxies are enough to use only the comment poster.

Actually, when I researched the problem, I found out that it was caused by the proxy. But I'm wondering this. Does each proxy added to Scrapebox complete a specific job? Or are proxies used in order?

Make sure your proxy speed is fast along with your internet. Posting using commentor works fine without proxies as well but if your ip is blacklisted some sites won't open
