Twitter doesn't really work like that. Not anymore at least. The best you can do is give quality posts on your site, don't do more than 3-5 posts a day, and do the mother child method for your niche. Then slowly people will come to you. Just make sure you get at least 15-20 likes a post. The people will follow like herd.
