This tool is used for lead search "signalsea.com.". I think it may help you.

I have not used this tool, but you can try it yourself.

Look for online platforms or tools that helps to track metrics and check on the websites which are new, where it doesn't have any backlinks.

Are you looking for NEW websites with traffic or websites with traffic that have little to no backlinks.

Depending on how many months or years you consider to be 'NEW', new websites rarely get traffic.

The method I would recommend is to use Semrush or Ahrefs, choose a broad keyword from your niche.

Pick some of the sites that are ranking and pulling in traffic, then go to the list of their 'competitors', it could be competitors or similar sites.

Sort them according to AS/DR(or whatever primary metrics) the lower the metrics, likely the lower the backlinks.

Play around with the filters to achieve what you want.

As per my knowledge, there is no particular page to search the website with zero backlinks.
You can search those types of websites manually in Directory websites using the tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush.

First, you'll have to filter weak sites that are currently ranking in the SERP
Then check the number of links one by one

why u want to scrap existing website for duplicate content? why not expired?
