Hey everyone! There's an effect I see a lot on Instagram, but it’s not one of the Instagram filters. People are rendering their videos with this effect. I use CapCut, but I couldn't find a similar effect there. Does anyone know what this effect is or which app/program is used to create something like it?

To find an Instagram effect, open the Instagram camera, swipe left through the effects at the bottom, and tap "Browse Effects." You can also search by keywords or explore categories in the Effect Gallery.

Thank you for your responses and suggestions. However, from what I can tell, this effect isn’t an Instagram or TikTok filter.
Aside from that, I’ve tried apps like CapCut, InShot, and Meitu. Since the effect looks like a cartoon filter, I specifically researched this type of effect. I found that the app Vita offers a cartoon effect for videos, but it applies too many filters, and unfortunately, it doesn’t allow you to adjust the intensity of the effect. The effects in the photos I shared aren’t quite a full cartoon effect either. In one case, since the person’s face in the background was blurred, the effect didn’t work properly and created a face filter like the one in the picture. I thought I might find something by researching this, but I still haven’t found any results.

Swipe through the effects at the bottom of the screen (just below the record button) to view popular or recently used effects.

You can use Adobe Premiere Pro or LumaFusionapps. These apps are useful.
