There are various providers in the marketplace, including me.
If Reddit will ban the account depends on how you will going to login and use it.
Basically, any flagged IP or device might put it at risk, same as breaking any of the Reddit ToS or subreddit rules.

Since you seem to be a beginner I suggest you grow your own, at least once.
You will learn a bunch of stuff on the way without realizing it.
Plus growing karma is quite easy. Either you join subs related to your hobbies or go the funny/nsfw way.
And make sure you get both comment and post karma. It will be of use for most subs you want to use down the line.

I'm just starting out on the right reddit journey and I realized that I really have a lot to learn, so as you said, I will first try to open a new account and develop it. Thanks for advice.
