How can I find a niche topic?

Make competitor analysis and do Keyword research

First you have to choose your keyword to rank. The keyword is research through Ahref.

It will help you greatly in the long run if you pick a niche or subject
that you have knowledge of. Otherwise you may find you struggle to come up with
consistent valuable content. Think about what it is you know about and can write about.
Type the subject into the Google Keyword Planner and see what comes up. You can then
drill down further into the subject.

For example Yoga is too broad & will have a lot of competing pages

But drilling further into the subject you will get ideas that will give you a better chance to rank

Yoga for pregnant women,
Yoga for the over 65's

You get the idea

There are other keyword tools also such as Answer the public, Uber Suggest, Market Samurai

What do you think about these servises? They are no better than SEMrush or LSIGraph?

I am convinced that SEMrush has more date then Market Samurai.

Quite possibly.
I have to admit I've not used my version of Market Samurai for many years.
More tools have appeared since then and I've dabbled with them.
