For the first time in years that I've been on this forum I bought an Instagram account and what was supposed to be with organic and real followers turned out to be an account full of BOTs and the user who sold it to me not only doesn't reply to me anymore but also continues to sell his (very bad quality) accounts here, passing them off as organic and full of reach and engagement that doesn't really exist.
How can I give him a bad review and report him so that other users don't fall into the same trap?

You are allowed to leave only one negative review on the sales thread. You can be as detailed as you like, but it's important that you stay factual and avoid posting personal information or insults.
