I suspect that OP is just being sarcastic here because when you send bitcoin or receive bitcoin, people all over the world can see the transaction.
That's what the blockchain is about.
It's all about public accountability so as to prevent double entries.
Maybe the backlink service provider had issues receiving with their wallet.
But I don't believe this has anything to do with the bitcoin infrastructure or using bitcoin to make payments.
People send payments and remmitances using bitcoin all the time.
Still, you got me with your headline.

Sometimes when you are new to BTC, mistakes can happen in sending. It is not the fault of crypto network.
