How can I enter in a private woman’s group?

Unfortunately I don't know anyone who can register for me. finding a female account, Italian with a "story" is practically impossible. I can’t find anything in any marketplace

Bit of a longer option but how about registering a new account now, and then populating it over the next 2-3 months with some content - text, updates, few images etc (maybe using one of those girl image packs) and then requesting to join in 3 months time so once they scroll through the account it’s got some actual history.
Its long, but I guess you have to weigh up how much value there is in joining that group and whether it’s worth that effort.

or maybe make an account, add a decent profile, weird facebook cover and just make everything private on your profile... then wait for few days and it would seem as your profile is active since you changed profile pic recently

try to change their mind, leave only profile pic visible and tell them that you care about your privacy and that you dont want to reveal your profile to everyone
be nice and say that you can send over some other pics to them privately and just make sure its the same women, should work, i dont think they will be very much stubborn
I don't think will work, they already refused one account with 3-4 photos and a good description.

Buy a female account, and warm it up for 2-3 months, posting pictures and stories. And then join the group

You used new profile so of course you won't get accepted
One of my clients had that issue before and he wanted to join a dating USA profile
I joined with aged real profiles not from that region and it got accepted
So just try with old profile

Already tried with 2 years old profile, the problem is that the profile is empty so it wasn’t accepted in this group

Many years ago I tried joining a big Fibromyalgia themed FB group which was woman only. It was back when you could easily create custom audiences with user ids harvested from groups.
Anyway, they caught everything I tried.
After a while I figured out that people that work so hard to keep their privacy, deserve it.

You should build a more realistic profile, or faster you can search on social media for fb accounts as you request.
