How can I edit my WordPress theme header

hey guys, am finding it difficult to edit my WordPress theme header.
please help, I need to change the black and dark red color at the top, am unable to find the color codes.

Tho I edited other part of the theme.

If the theme doesn't support it, you'll have to make a child theme and do it in there, or you'll lose it next update

The color wasn't like that at first.
The theme was clone and converted from a wapka site.

The guy who gave me, change the colors within minutes, just that I can't reach him now
