How can I Easily Create an Android App?

What is the easiest way to create a primitive Android App.

The App would basically be a set of flash cards to study something.

It would need some sort of limited menu, so you could pick out the flashcards individually if you wanted to.
There will be around 100 cards

What I am imagining in my head could easily be done on a PowerPoint presentation - so it is not fancy at all.

So I am thinking on their phones they could either scroll through the list of the 100 cards, when they see one they like, select it and be taken to the card which would have more information. Maybe I could even set up some sort of randomizer so the cards would just flash themselves if the person did not want to pick - but that would be icing on the cake - it is not necessary for this to work.

I may want to charge a buck for this app later on. I have seen what they are selling out there and it is junk. It is either too expensive and loaded with shit no one wants or it is free and doesn't have what is needed.

Anyway, is there a free way or a cheap way to make an app that I may want to charge for later on.

I don't know if there's an easy way but you could start off with downloading a free tool like Unity3d (CSharp) or Android studio (Java) and start going through YT guides... will take time and effort. or just pay someone to do it for you.
