- You can create a facebook group and send landing pages over there. I think it is the best way because You can focus on a target audience from the beginning and send really quality traffic
- You can find industries with highest CPAs and make some money easily even through You will provide only 5 - 10 CPAs per month. However with 30 CPAs You will be very rich))))
- make -email or sms marketing, however database should be divided into necessary categories

Wow! I sort of wish I had your problem. If I could program PHP I'd be making all sorts of tools that would make me a ton of money. What makes you feel that creating a web site is too much too manage if you've managed to figure out PHP?

My honest advice - You may be a great PHP developer, but learn making websites with wordpress. You can make a decent website in 2 hours and managing it is easy as it is CMS based. You need to learn other skills like keyword research to find profitable niches, content writing, basic SEO, getting targeted traffic to your website. Only then most good CPA/ Affiliate networks will accept you in their programs. The facebook traffic doesn't convert much for affiliate products.
