How can I earn during study?

I'm a B.tech (Computer science) student in 2nd year.I have some skills in HTML and CSS.
IS there any work for me.?

What are your skills? If only minor HTML and CSS I suggest just learning more before offering your services. You can also start freelance writing for content mills. I can send you one site, that will give you a chance to publish your first post.

as you are in Btech second year, possibly your syllabus not covered android or PHP yet. you can learn SEO & writing and start a blog on any topic.

bro you are in engineering, you got a lot of time to learn new stuff. just don't waste your after-college time. I started blogging and learning SEO stuff after 5th sem of engineering, and now when I look back, I know how much time I wasted in my engineering days.

make projects for yourself ..... you have the skills just use your brain a little and set up what you are interested in.

While I was studying Arabic many moons ago I made a simple wordpress site and I was basically adding there all my courses(of course I made a lot of changes from my profs. courses, so that I'm not stealing their work) and there was a lot of interested, sadly I couldn't persist till the end and I stopped in 2nd year, but now when I think about it I probably could've banked quite hard in the long run if I had finished the site completely.
You can do something similar for your major. There's a lot of interest when it comes to languages and anything computer related, so you will have visitors and in the long run you can make a small "academy", so to say if you have complete courses on different subjects. I know that there are plenty of sites out there that offer anything that you might add already and in fact there are some that are authorities in their field, but that doesn't mean that everyone knows them. For example I know that if I search some let's say HTML courses I'll find plenty easy, but I wouldn't know which one is the best(and I'm sure there are 2-3 that are the best), so if I stumble upon a site that have what I need I wouldn't care if it's the best or not right?
