How can I earn dollars?

I live in Turkey and the economy truly pitiful state. The dollar saw 7.18. So I decided to make dollars by turning the crisis into an opportunity. How can I make dollars?
My skills are: PHP, Codeigniter, Laravel, HTML, CSS, I know JQUERY AJAX, VUEJS. How can I make dollars with my knowledge?

Get into Cpa marketing. Since you are good at HTML and PHP, you can create good landing pages. However, if you have zero marketing skills, then you should start learning how to market and bring traffic. Just think about it like this if you have targeted traffic, you will make money.

We have members here from third world countries making bank online, just look at Indians for example. I think you have to change your mentality first and stop complaining. You have the internet , you can't complain.

Sup mate. You can sell your work on upwork or fiverr and similar sites.

Most of the world are in same situation. Freelancing is your best bet for now..

Agreed with the above. Most of us start out freelancing until we get some income to re-invest in our own projects. I still have a side gig just for the consistent cash flow.

And agreed. It isn't about YOUR economy but it is totally about the WORLD economy. I live in a first-world economy but most of my clients live around the globe and are not from my country, as in 75% foreign and only 25% local.

I will be totally honest and tell you freelancing is hard ... at first (well maybe the whole time). Point being it is hard to get clients at first but it is possible. Each positive review and sale will bring in another potential view and client. Slowly growth and sustained positive performance are key.
