Can you give me an idea? Not an easy way to make money. I'm just talking about working and making money. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

Looks like you can do 3 or 4 translations on Fiverr per day and meet your mark

idk if your need is urgent but honestly the best thing you can do is to just keep lurking threads here. i've found a few methods people have posted just from the home page. just lurk and try out different methods you see and you'll get there. good luck!

Definitely use both. Don't just concentrate on one.
The more sites you have signed up = more potential sales. But they both take a lot of effort and time, so if you are strapped for time i would go for fiverr only.

You asked about Upwork, and Fiverr, I don't wish to bear bad news but I doubt you get any business on either of them. Upwork been dead, and Fiverr is simply oversaturated.
