How Can I Do This With My Wordpress Site?

His site doesn't look to be on wp, but there are plugins for WP you can get that give you forms. If you mess around with the css of how it's displayed you could probably get something that looks similar!
 
I have no idea how to do CSS. Would anyone be willing to do this for a fee? I'm willing to pay someone to program a form like this for me on a Wordpress site.
 
Those plugins look pretty shady. Not much information on them. The last thing I need it a plugin to break the site if they aren't updated. Thanks for the suggestions though!
 
I know this isn't terribly helpful since you already mentioned that you are not a coder, but if you do a view source on that page you can find the .css file called rentalForm.css. If you can find someone willing to build your form you could have them reference that css file to make it look similar.

Most likely a wordpress plugin is not going to be the way to go.

What do you want to happen when someone submits your form? Should it send an email or submit data into your database?
 
Best wp plugin for forms is gravity forms. It's pretty easy to use. That's a big form you want to copy. It would be better split into separate sections. I could set this all up for you if you want. Shoot me a pm if you want it done .

You could try to make it with gravity forms (shared in the download section) but I dont know if its possible. It would take a long time.

Not sure if op is thinking the same thing I am but since we're on this subject I wanted to see if it was possible to have the information in the custom form be submitted to a CPA lead gen offer and mailing list at the same time.

The issue is not really having the existing CSS file. The thing is it's a really big form. So itsgoingto take a fair amount of time just to enter all the fields and arrange it.

Adding to your list is pretty easy if you can code in php and that your list provider has an api. Feel free to pm me if you want some sample code for either mailchimp or get response.

Not sure regarding the CPA offers. If anyone else knows how to do this I would love to know the method. I do loads of optins to my lists via facebook apps and it would be great to do some kind of auto co-reg system

I do have Gravity Forms installed on the site. However, I don't want to have to enter in all that inoformation lol. I mean got damn! There's a ton of it!!!!

I appreciate your kind offer and will take you up on it by sending a pm. Wouldn't it be great if there was a way to co-reg? This surely can't be something new there must be someone who's done this before.
 
I could code something similar using the wp plugin contact form 7. I have a great deal of experience using this plugin. This would not be easy or fast so it also would not be cheap. PM me if you wnat a price.
