These are the ad results of a client of mine. I have no idea how they can run ads at this cost? What is the way to do this?

There are similar costs for page likes, I think this is an excellent rate, I think it requires a lot of experience.
 
That's an impressive result. But I think to achieve such results, they must have tested many different campaigns and targeted many locations as well as interests, content, images.
They probably analyzed every detail of the ad very meticulously.
 
bro i never seen result like this before, but i think they test many creatives to get this result
 
They likely spent a lot on testing other campaigns before achieving those results.
 
Maybe they have tested a lot of methods and finally finding best campaign for those, and they keep scaling up by that camp ya. Calculate on average they will get this one.

Achieving that kind of low CPE usually comes down to a combination of factors - highly engaging creatives, extremely broad targeting, and sometimes running in GEOs with very low competition. Also, timing and platform behavior play a role.
