How can I do a "Faq Site"?

Hi!

You all know those "Faq Sites" where there are 10 Answer+Questions but at first there all Questions listed and below the questions the answers. If you click on a question the browser jumps automaticall to the anwser+question without browser reloading.

How can I realise this with Fronpage oder Dreamweaver?
